Eligibility:
To apply for Junior Basic Training (JBT) in India, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria set by the Ministry of Education & Culture in partnership with school boards across each state/union territory. These criteria include:
- Candidates must have completed the Senior Secondary School Examination (Class 12th).
- A minimum aggregate score of 45% marks in Class 12th board exams or equivalent examinations is required.
- Age limit - 17 – 28 years.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories should provide valid documents as proof during application.
- Different Union Territories/States' school boards should have rules specifying the minimum physical standards to be met.
- Other certificates & documents proving relevant work experience may be requested upon submission of initial application forms.
Program Duration:
It is a 2-year program. During this time, candidates are required to complete and pass their exams. This program is excellent for students who desire to enroll in it and pay close attention to their coursework. This course will teach candidates many new things, as well as present them with fresh challenges.
